I thought all banks were the same?
All banks have different policies from time to time that change constantly or have a different view on credit risk, be it by industry or due to government constraints placed on them.

My bank wants me to sign my review asap, am I wasting time using your service?
Not at all, this is the reason for this website. we want to make you comfortable you are not rushing in and accepting an offer that is not up to standard with your particular circumstance. Banks just want you to accept their offer. We want you to be informed before making a critical decision that impacts you and your family!

Should I pay for the property valuation before I discuss my situation with you?
It is preferable to discuss before you pay for a valuation as the panel valuer may not be on a number of bank panels. If however, you have, CYB will take that into account!

What other benefits are there in using your service?
